Mindfulness for Women’s Health and Wellbeing
How do we cope with our crazy busy world, hormones, stress, relationships and be happy?
Sometimes we wonder what on earth is going on! Our hormones seem to take charge of everything. Once a month, our skin, energy, diet, and relationship seem to be ruled by a sensitive, wild side!
In this workshop, we will develop a unique, fun wellbeing plan to help you surf the storms and big waves of our biorhythms and hormones for more calm, peace and vitality.
We will practice mindfulness meditations, movements/exercises, eating, and self -compassion. You will also get to know the herbs, aromatherapy oils, and foods that help us develop emotional and energetic stability.
