Mindfulness for ladies to tame our moods and hormones

Sometimes we wonder what on earth is going on! Our hormones seem to take charge of our minds and bodies once a month or more developing a wild, crazy side!

In this workshop we cultivate mindfulness of hormones, remedies, tools and natural therapies for surfing the urges, mood tones and strong reactions of our sea of hormones.

We will put together tailor made self care plans to cope with our behaviours and eating.

We will develop mindfulness, meditation, movements, and breathing spaces to support a health relationship with yourself and others.

We will calm your wild cat moments with aromatherapy oils, herbs, meditations, self-compassion, mindful eating, mindful living to cultivate our inner purring cat.
