I have been working in Central London and Kent as a counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice since 2003.

I offer a free short telephone call (Please email me to arrange) to discuss your issues and how we can work together or the option of 50% off Introductory offer at one of my  London clinics:  t:  020 7706 1997  t:020 3362 3355 t: 020 3362 0677

I offer: time, empathy, and understanding of the importance of being able to talk, being heard in a none-judgemental environment. There are times in our lives when we struggle, feel stuck, experience hardship, feeling overwhelmed, difficult emotions, thoughts, and pain.  We may become aware of unhelpful habits that no longer serve us. We want to change, feel more contented, and well.

Therapy offers a safe space to gain awareness, express feelings. Therapy provides opportunities to explore choices, maybe, gain perspective, make sense and meaning, support your values, for emotional and physical wellbeing. We collaborate and create positive transformation.

I offer face to face and Skype sessions. (50-minutes sessions, normally weekly).

My main practice is in Soho (Tue and Fri), SE & Central London.
