My area of expertise is anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, panic, depression, and prevention of relapse, long-term health issues, sleep disorders, relationship issues, communication, emotional literacy,peri and post-natal anxiety and emotional wellbeing, anger management, cultivating self-esteem and stability, feeling overwhelmed, midlife crisis, self-understanding and development, change, ageing, unhelpful habits, feeling stuck, illness, tiredness and pain, work/life balance, anger, trauma and loss.
My work is informed by my training in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy philosophy, principles and practice based in the body and relational psychotherapy, and my training in CBT, Mindfulness, compassion, positive psychology and creativity.
I offer a safe place to talk, be heard, with compassion and understanding. At times in our life, can feel like we are stuck in a pattern and want to break free, become more at ease with ourselves and others and more authentic. We may become aware of unhelpful habits that no longer serve us. We want to change, feel more contented, and well.
