I have been working in Central London and Kent as a counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice since 2003.

I became a member of BACP in 2007.  I am also member of the United Kingdom Association for Transactional Analysis.

I offer: time, empathy, and understanding of importance of being able to talk, being heard in a none-judgemental environment. There are times in our lives when we struggle, feel stuck, experience hardship, feeling overwhelmed, difficult emotions, thoughts, and pain.  We may become aware of unhelpful habits that no longer serve us. We want to change, feel more contented, and well. 

Therapy offers a safe space to gain awareness, express feelings. Therapy provides opportunities to explore choices, maybe, gain perspective, make sense and meaning, support your values, for emotional and physical wellbeing. We collaborate and create positive transformation.

I offer face to face and Skype sessions. (50-minutes sessions, normally weekly). 

My main practice is in Soho (Tue and Fri), SE & Central London.

My background

I studied Transactional Psychotherapy and Counselling at Wealden College and have Diplomas and certificates in CBT, Cognitive Behaviour Hypnotherapy, NLP, Coaching, Trauma, Relational Psychotherapy, MBCT, MBSR, and MBCP. 

I have extensive training in relaxation techniques, nutrition, Therapeutic bodywork, Tai chi, Qi gong, Yoga, dance and Alexsander technique.
