Videos and Free Stuff

Hi Mindful researchers,

Just a great little cartoon to wake us up to this moment.” title=”Kung Fu Panda” target=”_blank”>

Recently My website has been deluged with spam and my helpful resource links corrupted.

So I have added many wonderful Free resources to my Mindful Mind Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Mindful-Mind/159180534129372

Here is a trailer for a new documentary on Thich Hnat Hanh an amazing teacher of Mindfulness:https://youtu.be/ne7-wnnWqFY

There are lots of authentic Mindfulness meditation organisations all over the world and some individual variations on a theme. Research is being undertaken on this evidence based approach mainly in USA and in Uk.
Jon Kabat Zinn and Mark Williams being the founders of secular modern MBSR and MBCT and Buddhist Psychology being the philosophy/psychology (which is thousands of years old) that they are based on.
I recommend the following resources:
The London Mindfulness Project,
Mindful.org magazine
Oxford Mindfulness Centre,
Bangor University
Exeter University,
Sussex Mindfulness
Kings College, UCL
Edinbourgh University
Insight London
Bodhi Tree
Plum Village – Thich Nhat Hanh
There are many free resources on line. Please be discerning about who you choose to follow and listen to. Some great teachers are: Jon Kabat Zinn, Mark Williams, Sharon Salzberg, Jack Kornfield, Christina Feldman, Rick Hanson, Dan Siegel, Tara Brach, Chris Cullen, John Peacock, Martin and John Batchelor, Thich Nhat Hanh to name a few. They have Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Soundcloud, dharmaseed.org/ Worldwide insight accounts for resources free or by donation. I can recommend them all.
