My Approach
Psychotherapist, counsellor, wellbeing and mindfulness teacher offering an integrative, humanistic, relational, mindful approach.
I abide by the code of conduct and ethics of the BACP, UKATA, EATA, and UKCP.
I am based in London and offer Online & In-person Sessions in Beckenham, Crystal Palace and Shoreditch. I am available most weekdays & some evenings.
I offer online and in person consultations to successfully treat a variety of psychological problems. I am a member of the UK Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA), European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA), British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP) and the International Integrative Psychotherapy Association (IIPA), & Mindfulness Association.
Online sessions are available on Zoom of Facetime.

My Experience
I came from a Complementary Health background working with people with health issues including Anxiety, Stress, Pain, Insomnia, Peri/Postnatal based pain/anxiety. I started training in Counselling & Psychotherapy in 1999 after experiencing the benefits of therapy. I trained in Transactional Analysis Counselling & Psychotherapy, a 4yr course at Wealden College. Subsequently, I trained in Body Psychotherapy, Relational Psychotherapy, Trauma, NLP, CBT.
In 2002, I started training in Mindfulness based approaches. I’m now a qualified Mindfulness Based Approaches teacher focusing on:
- Stress Reduction; Pregnancy Childbirth & Parenting;
- Mindful Living; Chronic pain, Illness Stress, & Pain, and Eco Mindfulness.
In 2022 I completed 4yrs training in Integrative Psychotherapy with IIPA – An Integrating, Developmentally-based, Relational, Body Centred, Child Sensitive, Attachment, Poly vagal theory. Currently I am training for my IIPA certification.
I enjoy learning and exploring with a comprehensive list of CPD including Trauma, Poly vagal theory, Attachment theory, Postnatal Depression, Birth & Womb Trauma, Loss, Mindfulness- based Childbirth and Parenting Level 2, MBCP intensive, Mindful Birthing and Trauma-informed Mindfulness. I’m committed to the BACP and The Mindfulness Networks policies on Equity, Diversity and inclusion and have completed their trainings.
I have worked in many clinics in London: Volunteered with Mind teaching Mind’s version of MBCP. Since the pandemic, I have worked Online and from my clinic in Beckenham. See below for more detailed information.
I adhere to the ‘British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy’ (BACP), IIPA, UKATA Ethical Frameworks and Code of Practice and I comply with The Mindfulness Network Community: Policies in Code of Conduct, Safeguarding policy, EDI and more, and whereby clients can rely on complete confidentiality.
