In Person Sessions
In person sessions are available at these locations. All provide a safe, respectful and private environment.
Online sessions
Clients choose online sessions for the flexibility of scheduling, to fit in with busy lives, mobility issues or their location. Online therapy offers a different experience which many client’s prefer. All you need is access to a private space where you won’t be interrupted. Sessions are usually via Zoom. You can mix in person and online sessions to suit your needs.
It’s a good idea to take 10 minutes to relax and gather your thoughts before connecting to your session.

Fees & How to Book a Session
Call 0796 7027289 or email me on belinda@mindfulmind.co.uk to check availability and confirm a date. If this is your first contact, we can have a preliminary chat ahead of your session (free). This gives me a chance to get to know you a little and understand your situation. There is no obligation to book a session after this informal chat. If you decide I’m the right therapist for you, we can confirm dates and times.
Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive an email invoice which is paid at least 24 hours before the session commences. You can book multiple sessions.
Cancellation
Please phone or text me 07967 027289 at least 48 hours before your appointment start time. Advanced notice helps to ensure you aren’t charged for a session you can’t attend and that I can reallocate the session time accordingly.
